How Can I Pay for Rehab?
How to Pay for Drug or Alcohol Rehab
Private Health Insurance – Most companies provide benefits for alcohol and drug rehab. Private pay treatment centers are usually very expensive! Each rehab has their own inpatient and outpatient philosophies. Many rehabs accept private PPO insurance plans with alcohol and substance abuse benefits. Call your health insurance company for more information. They’ll be able to provide information regarding specific rehabs that are covered under their policies.
Private Funding – You can pay for treatment by cash or installment. Many treatment facilities also offer payment on a per-session basis. This is usually best if going through an outpatient program, where the costs aren’t as high as inpatient programs. However, if money is still an issue, than you might want to consider private financing.
Private Financing – This is obtaining a loan from a bank to cover the cost of you rehabilitation. Think taking out a loan for a business, only the business is your health. Receiving a loan may work best in the long run, considering sobriety can last a lifetime. Committing and reserving your bed in a treatment center is your best bet before seeking a loan.

A grant is a specific amount of money given to an specific individual for a specific reason. You don’t have to pay grants back. However, there are certain requirements that each individual has to meet.
Free Drug or Alcohol Treatment Centers – Many cities offer free treatment. Depending on the situation of the client, some may receive free treatment. Many Florida rehabs offer help with financial hardships.
